Today is is going to be wicked HOT. For the past five days we have been 110 and above and it is expected to last for at least another week! If I could be anywhere but here I would. I so want to become a reverse "Snow bird" I love living in AZ except in the heat of summer.So today in my mind I am going to pretend I am at Newport Beach!
This is the view from the Pier looking to shore. There is a nice cool breeze blowing! Can you feel it yet!

OK - I am not going to complain about our temps in my area. It is only 86 degrees here...my sympathies are with you.
Oh.. I am sooooo with you on this one. I hate Arizonain the heat of the summer too. I keep asking myself why I live here.. of course if all ofmy family was not here. I would be somewhere else. I don't remember the summer getting this hot last year. They say as you get older it's harder for you to handle. The ocean looks wonderful.
I would love to join you at Newport Beach. It looks perfect there. Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures.
