My Hummers Love it~

Look at my new Hummingbird feeder! I got it at Walmart, it only cost about $8 dollars. I just love it and so does my hummingbirds. They found it right away! I just need to get a picture of them using it now.

"These is my Words"

I really liked this book by Nancy E. Turner. This is Nancy's first book and I think she did a excellent job. Now that I am older I really enjoy reading books about history. But when I was in school, I didn't want to take the time to read any books about the past. I am glad I didn't live during this time. They really had a hard life.
I give my praise for Nancy Turner's "These is my Words, The Diary of Sarah Agnes Prine"

Family

Josh and Rosemary all dressed up for Rosemary's brother's wedding. They looked so nice.

Josh and Nicky, he looks like a little man! Nicky is my youngest grandson and he is growing up so fast. No more baby!

Joshua Jr & Nicholas, my two handsome grandsons! I didn't get a picture of my beautiful grand daughter Allyssa. I may have to make her dress up again just so I can take her picture! lol

Ladybug Farm

I love this book series! Donna Ball's "A Year on Ladybug Farm" is so entertaining. It is about three friends who buy a run-down mansion/farm, located in the Shenandoah Valley. As they go through the trials of fixing the place up you feel like you are right their with them.

I would love to live on "Ladybug Farm." Books one and two are already out and book 3 is coming out in Oct. 2010. I can't wait!

If you are looking for an adventure read these books. I didn't want them to end!

My Backyard Visitor

I know it is a squirrel and you say what's the big deal about a squirrel. Well the thing is we don't get very many squirrels here in southern AZ. I live 30 miles southwest of Phoenix. I asked my Dad if he ever saw one in the many years he lived here and he said NO! My son and myself saved this little guy. He was on my back porch screaming because two stray cats had him cornered. Since I store my bird seed on the porch in a plastic bucket, I must have dropped some seeds. I think he was trying to get some seeds when the cats spotted him. We saved him this time. I hope the cats don't get him! He was so cute!
