Bird Feeling

I may have to quit feeling the birds in my backyard! I have three stray cats that are plotting on my birdies! This morning when I opened my curtains in my bedroom there was a cat about to jump one of the birds. I knocked on the window and it distracted him from succeeding! Thank God! I don't want to help make the birds a meal. I am not sure what to do!

My grand kids are getting so big! Look at Joshua above, he is a handsome young man! He will be 12 years old in Dec. He is now in the 6th grade! Wow were has all the time went!

Here is beautiful Allyssa, she is 9 years old and in the 4th grade! She is growing up so fast. Her front tooth is coming in now!

This is my 100th post, I can't believe I have that many already!

"Thankful Thursday"

I am thankful I still have insurance though cobra! I had to go to the dentist because I cracked a tooth. Turned out it was two teeth! So I am getting two crowns. Today I had to go back because I now have an infection on my tongue. I am now on antibiotics!




I am thankful today we had a low of 70 and a high of 98 degrees!




I am always Thankful for my Lord Jesus!

Fall

The calendar shows it is fall but here is southern Arizona it is still summer! We only have two seasons Summer and not summer! lol

To all my friends who are experiencing fall. I wish I was there to celebrate the seasons with you! So when you curl up in front of your fireplaces with a hot cider, Please think of me!

I am Thankful to watch another sunset!

I am Thankful that my RA is feeling a little better today. I can walk; without to much pain!

I am Thankful for my church "Home Group". We meet last night for the start of "The Purpose Driven Life" series.

Patrick Swayze

My heart is sadden to hear that Patrick Swayze has lost his battle against cancer! My prayers are with his wife of 34 years, Lisa Niemi.

Thankful the dream I had last night was just a dream!




Thankful when I woke up this morning it was a little cooler, maybe Autumn is getting closer.

Newport Beach ~ Dave's Birthday

I wish I was a Newport Beach today because today would have been Dave's 48th birthday. He has been gone for almost three years now. Sometimes it just seems like yesterday other times it seems much longer.

This picture of Dave and me was taken at Newport Beach in 1999. We spent almost every weekend there while he was working a construction job near by. We loved Newport!

This was taken on Halloween; we were getting ready for a Bar-B-Que that night. We lived in this little RV while he was working in California.

I miss you Dave!

Since I can't be at Newport Beach right now, the next best thing is to visit Newport through a webcam.

I am thankful for my family! I thank God for giving me the family he did! I am Thankful to God for loving me and blessing me in so many ways.
